Sweet or Savoury Focaccia: Sold as 500g or 1000g (prices in the order form)

Standard Chocolate Chip Cookies: CHF 3.50 per piece (ca. 80g - sold in Units of 3)

    A fresh, flavourful loaf made from white and whole wheat flour with our active sourdough starter - light yet rustic.

    Harmony Sourdough Bread
    Simple, elegant, and satisfying - perfect for daily enjoyment & the mix of various flours.

    Rustic Sourdough Bread

    Same as the Harmony Bread but only using the finest “Ruchmehl” from Ticino.

    Sourdough Baguette
    Long and lean with a crackly crust - ideal for sandwiches, soups or tapas.

    Rye Bread “Paun Sejel Val Müstair”
    As in other alpine valleys, rye bread was the traditional daily bread of the area for centuries, but here it comes in a lighter version with a soft floury crust and dark brown loaf, known as Paun sejel (sejel means rye in the Romansch language).

    French Baguette
    A hint of classic French flair: white flour with light rye for crispness and charm.

    Focaccia
    Golden, olive-oil-kissed Italian bread topped with fresh herbs and sea salt - sometimes simple, sometimes dressed up with tomatoes, onions, or olives. Always divine.
